By creating an account or using Ekiosa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Ekiosa is a trust and protected-checkout platform connecting buyers with verified Nigerian vendors. We hold payments in protected checkout until delivery is confirmed, and provide dispute resolution support.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use Ekiosa.
Buyers agree to confirm delivery promptly when an order is received correctly, and to raise disputes honestly with accurate evidence.
Vendors agree to list items accurately, fulfil orders as described, ship within agreed timeframes, and respond to buyer inquiries and disputes. Misrepresentation, counterfeit goods, or fraud may result in suspension.
A buyer protection fee is added to orders, and vendor subscription plans may apply. Fees are shown before you confirm. Payouts to vendors are released after delivery confirmation or after the protection window passes.
If an order is not delivered or not as described, buyers may open a dispute. Our team reviews evidence and may resolve in favour of the buyer or vendor, including issuing refunds where appropriate.
You may not use Ekiosa for illegal goods, fraud, harassment, or to circumvent the protected-checkout process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Ekiosa facilitates transactions between buyers and vendors and is not the manufacturer or seller of listed goods. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
You may delete your account at any time in the app from My Account → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
