The vendor ships your item. You can track order status in your buyer dashboard. The vendor updates the order to "Shipped".
When your item arrives, confirm delivery on Ekiosa. If something is wrong, open a dispute — your money is still protected.
Once you confirm delivery, the vendor's payout is released. Everyone wins — buyers get their items, vendors get paid.
After order completion, leave a verified review. Only buyers with real completed orders can review — no fake reviews.
