We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, phone number), set up a vendor profile (business details, documents), and place orders (delivery address, order details). We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.
We use your information to process protected orders, verify vendors, resolve disputes, send order and account notifications, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.
Order details are shared between buyers and the relevant vendor to fulfil a transaction. We may share information with payment processors and service providers strictly to operate the platform, and with authorities where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal profile data is removed. Some transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for legal, accounting, and dispute-integrity purposes.
You can access and update your information at any time from your account. You may delete your account directly in the app from My Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your personal profile, reviews, vendor storefronts, and notifications.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Payments are held in protected checkout until delivery is confirmed. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Ekiosa is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
